I'm RZ, a builder from Dubai with a finance brain and a designer's eye. I don't start with how it should look. I start with what it needs to do for your business, then I make it beautiful.

I don't stop at the brief. I go past it. Clients who get more than they expected don't leave. They become friends for life.

A salesman at heart, I listen before I build. I hear what you need, then I make it real.

1,100 cars and oneaddiction.

It started with a loan and a promise. When my dad decided to sell his sports car, I didn't want to let it go, so I told him I'd buy it off him myself. He lent me AED 3,500 to start reselling diecast, and I promised to pay it back in a month. I paid him back in 26 days, with AED 2,000 profit on top. I kept rolling that profit back into the business and, over time, bought the car off him, just like I said I would.

Today that's a collection I'd never sell and a stock worth even more. Collecting is where my eye for detail comes from: the right colour, the right spec, the right wheels. It's the same eye I bring to every client project.
