What does RZ Designs do?
RZ Designs is a web design and development studio in Dubai, founded by Muhammad Raza. It builds custom websites and Shopify stores, WhatsApp chatbots and brand identities, and runs Meta ads, Klaviyo email marketing and content strategy for businesses in the UAE and beyond.
How do I start a project?
Answer seven short questions on the Start a project page, covering your name, what you need, your business, budget range, timeline and email. You'll get a personal reply within 24 hours with next steps. There are no calls to book first and no forms to fill twice.
Do you work with clients outside Dubai?
Yes. RZ Designs is based in Dubai and works with clients across the UAE and abroad. Most of the work happens online, by email and video call, so location isn't a barrier. Meeting in person in Dubai can be arranged when it helps.
Is RZ Designs a freelancer or an agency?
It's a studio run by one person, Muhammad Raza, who does the design, the development and the growth work himself. You deal directly with the person building your project, with no account managers in between.

Pricing, timelines and payment
How much does a project cost?
Every project gets a custom quote. There are no fixed packages, because a five-page service site, an online store and a chatbot are very different jobs. Once we've scoped the work together, the quote lists everything included before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope and on how quickly content and feedback come in. Your quote includes a timeline with milestones, agreed before work starts, so you always know what happens next.
How does payment work?
Payment terms, such as a deposit and milestone payments, are set out in your quote and agreed before work starts.
How many revisions are included?
Rounds of revisions are agreed in your quote, so both sides know what's included from the start.
Technology and ownership
What technology do you use?
Websites are built in code, mostly with Next.js, React and TypeScript, and deployed on Vercel or a configured server. Stores use Shopify, often with a custom headless storefront. Chatbots run on the WhatsApp Business API, and email marketing runs on Klaviyo.
Do you use templates or WordPress?
No. Every site is designed from scratch and hand-coded, which keeps it fast, secure and free of plugin bloat. It also means the design is built around your business rather than squeezed into a theme.
Who owns the website, the code and the domain?
Ownership of the code, content and domain is agreed in writing before the project starts, so there are no surprises later.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built with technical SEO from day one, including titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast loading and mobile-first design. Rankings also depend on content and time, so nobody can honestly guarantee a position, but the foundations will be right.
Do you maintain websites after launch?
Yes. Hosting, maintenance and updates after launch are available and quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need.
