Urban Crown

The brief

Urban Crown is a technical services company in Dubai, covering everything from snagging and fit-outs to maintenance contracts. They needed a website that explains the full range clearly and turns visitors into enquiries.

What I did

I was the sole designer and developer, end to end.

• Information architecture. Planned a 14-page site with a dedicated landing page for each of the 10 services, so every service can rank and convert on its own.
• UX & UI design. Designed a conversion-focused, responsive interface with clear calls to action: quote requests, click-to-call and WhatsApp click-to-chat.
• Front end. Engineered a component-based front end in Next.js (App Router, React Server Components) and TypeScript, with pages statically pre-rendered and cached for speed.
• Lead capture. Built the contact and quote form with an embedded Google Map.
• Technical SEO. Unique meta descriptions and canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter cards, LocalBusiness and FAQPage structured data (JSON-LD), en-AE language targeting, robots.txt and an XML sitemap.
• Performance. Responsive AVIF/WebP images through the Next.js image pipeline and preloaded web fonts.
• Infrastructure. Deployed on an Ubuntu VPS behind an Nginx reverse proxy that I configured, then launched and maintained the site.
